We offer a complete line of vacuum pumps including: Republic Vacuum Pumps, Travaini Vacuum Pumps, Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps, Screw Pumps, Printing Pumps, Rotary Vane Pumps, Dekker Pumps, and Claw Vacuum Pumps.
Our dry running claw generators contact free vacuum or compressed air efficiency due to the principle of internal compression. This leads to considerable energy savings compared to the traditional rotary lobe design without internal compression.
Claw vacuum pumps operate by turning two claw-shaped rotors in opposite direction, inside the housing. Due to the unique shape of the claw rotors, air or gas gets sucked in, compressed and discharged. The claw rotors do not come into contact, either with each other nor with the cylinder in which they are rotating. Claw vacuum pumps are ideally suited to use with frequency-controlled drives and come in a variety of sizes.
Unlike liquid-ring pumps, dry rotary vane pumps do not require working fluids to create vacuum. They operate by either gas compression, or through a combination of gas compression and mechanical compression.
Inside the pump, an impeller rotates without contact within the pump casing, which causes a rotating ring of liquid to form the compression-chamber seal on the front and seals the blades of the impeller against one another. The impeller is positioned eccentrically within the cylindrical casing, creating a variable compression chambers between the blades during rotation, which causes the conveyed gas to be compressed within one full revolution.
Liquid rings are typically used as a vacuum pump, but since the pumps always create a pressure difference during operation, they can also be used as a compressor when pumping gas from the surrounding atmosphere.
Single stage, dry-cooled and direct driven for continuous operation, oil-lubricated rotary vane pumps are simple and reliable. They are easy to install and maintain with a displacement range of 11-445 cfm and a maximum vacuum of 0.5 Torr.
Oil-Lubricated pumps are often used for forming, vacuum impregnation, degassing, vacuum hold down, thermoforming, vacuum tumblers, laboratory or medical, and many other applications.
Printing pumps are used in printing, packaging and paper industries. We carry a range of standard pumps for use in the printing industry.
