Specialty and non-stock items are non-returnable. Stock items can be returned within 14 days from date of receipt and will be subject to a 15 - 25% restock fee, depending on the nature of the circumstance and vendor. All returns must be initiated through and approved by our customer service department. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Credit will not be granted until the returned product has been inspected and returned to inventory.
If the item was ordered in error, then you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a mistake was made on our end, we will pay for return shipping.
